There is an inconsistency in the results that the system displays. Sometimes the system displays the client and sometimes it displays an error message, “No data to display”

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Search for an existing patient in the system 
2.The system sometimes doesn't list that particular patient in the patient list 
and it displays 'no data to display'
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Consistency in the results that the system displays. The system should display 
the list of patients in the system that the user has searched for.
