Editing a client record: I edited a client record by changing the facility name and saved, when l search for that client l noticed the it not have a Patient ID any more and it was written 'Generated by system' #156

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Editing a client record: I edited a client record by changing the facility name 
and saved, when l search for that client the system should have a Patient ID 
with facility code of the new selected facility name
