Upgrade Scene after creation #26

try upgrading a initially worse scene with more pictures to add details. also try taking upgrade pictures with slightly different attributes like slightly different light, objects slightly moving as to simulate the different KIMS photo sessions, where we can expect slight change between sessions

Upgrade Scene after Creation: I tried it with multiple Datasets, upgrading a specific "Region" of an existing splat didn´t work so far. It mostly added Lensflares.

Add a Room to an existing Splat: Tried it a few times, it added a lot of new splats in the "right" place but so far i am trying to figure out what kind of data we need to make it work properly. If we get this to work we can make our "final" splat room by room.
