add accounts to the server:

useraccounts
account for actions (edit actions script accordingly)

Created ssh sudo useraccounts for the team and ghactions. The filestructure of the server was adapted so that the server now runs through the ghactions user. The Github Actions Script was updated to access the new ghactions user instead.
