can minYS be used for assembly of many genomes at the same time? #6

Hello

I want to assemble all possible genomes . I need to align my reads against large database containing multiple reference genomes and assemble all possible genomes. is that possible with minYS?

Hi,

MinYS is intended to assemble a single genome from metagenomic reads. If you wish to assemble several genomes, you would need to run MinYS several times, specifying a different starting reference genome each time.
