[Suggestion] An effect to add "Text Border/Outline" to the Rich Text. #28

Text Shadow is not enough. It would be so great to have an effect that would add borders and you could change textborder size.

EDIT: Uh, the Olive Video Editor 0.1 Alpha seems to have it already for Text Filter, but not Rich Text. image

Uh but it still do not have Outline Opacity option. Or an option of Outline Blur. (However it could be made as entirely seperate Filter Effect)
