Make sure the modifier name still exists after applying modifyer #1

It is not guaranteed that the modifier (or its name in mod.name) still exists after the modifier has been applied. The "set rest pose" randomly failed on me when used with lots of (>= 5) armature-modified objects. This fixes the issue.
