Baking Multiple Actions? #7

This addon is really great! With this workflow (following your V2 video), is there a way to bake multiple actions? Clearing parents and constraints after the first bake doesn't allow me to bake additional actions.

Sure, here's a quick example I threw together real quick that is much smaller than my working file. You can ignore the arms, i didn't bother trying to correct the movement because the question is still the same, when I bake the first action 'jump' and i clear the constraints and parents, i can no longer bake the second kneel action because the armature no longer has the retargeting constraints but if i don't clear the constraints when I bake then the animation doesn't bake correctly (the arms end up awkwardly crossed which doesn't happen if i bake the animation and remove constraints).
