Improve the full playlist timeline #1381

Problem

Dragging on the timeline should be locked
Preview images cover don't go away while hovering over the text on them
Hovering over the main timeline is lost when the timeline div animates away under the mouse cursor.
Sometimes, the timeline is not fully covered
Some shortcuts are missing to browse shots

Solution

When dragging a timeline,, it doesn't switch anymore to the other one when hovering it (add a condition to both timelines)
Set hovering events on the timeline and do not include the frame widget.
Remove animation; it doesn't bring anything, and the effect is not that great
Add home, end, alt+<- and alt + -> to make entity videos browsing easier
