Two assets can have the same name

By mistake, we created two assets with the same name. Is it normal that this behaviour is allowed by Kitsu ?

With further research, we found that :

If you try to create these two asset on the "All Assets" page, Kitsu won't let you
But, if you create them separately on the pages of each episodes, Kitsu will let you create them.
