On login set cookies for mobile browsers

Problem

• Chrome or Safari mobile user agents are no longer detected as valid browsers on the /login endpoint (related to https://github.com/cgwire/kitsu/issues/1372)

Solution

• Restore mobile user agents from the browser list (see https://github.com/cgwire/zou/commit/737e1085bca96c29e439a9b678bda88f18123365#diff-675679ed112fd0c3ce028d04bc16e03917707d3cee3383ee9eb6b4c501798ce7L58-L66)
