wrong drill sizes #7

If the option setting_cut_holes is set true you will also get the drills and vias of the board. But the sizes of drills are twices as large as normal.

You can see this in the image: left freecad: two 2 mm drills and 4 0,4 mm vias right eagle: two 1 mm drills and 4 0,4 mm vias (grid is 0,1 mm) eagle2freecadbug

please test the latest version... I think the last commit should have fixed it.
