.isAfter() function is not working #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
.isAfter() function is not working it showing the error message 
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should show true or false

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
window xp

If you get the latest file 

this will break!

var nextMonth = Date.parse("24/04/2012").next().month();
