Streamline new config creation

Different require different dependencies so it doesn't suffice to just change architectures in make menuconfig

We will need a reliable way to create .config files for new architectures without breaking anything.

Packages that TollGate requires:

• [ ] nodogsplash
• [ ] gltollgate
• [ ] secp256k1
• [ ] openssl
• [ ] libwally

Now building dependencies for all architectures

Still need to:

• [ ] Add relay_link and sign_event to custom feed
• [ ] Add config files for other routers
• [ ] Test the binaries on the routers
• [ ] Streamline the upload of binaries to github
