When you open the dialog to add a site to the NTLM auth list, populate the text
box with the domain of the current site being viewed.

1. As someone has suggested (but in different thread), it would be even better,
if we can have a status bar / addon bar icon, which would,
"add domain of current site to firefox-ntlmauth"

2. In "Authentication required" dialog, if possible, integrate this addon, to
have an additional button, "use ntlm auth" which would
a. use ntlm auth for authenticating to the site, so that the user does not have
to enter any password at all (off course, only if just the ntlm authentication
is valid for that site).
b. add that domain to this addon's hot-list, so that next time, the dialogue
does not pop-up at all.
