Feature: Add counter of associations by user #7

Since we are not going to have association-badges, let's at least show total number of associations suggested by user logged in.

And maybe we could have some kind of leaderboard.

Could you please tell me where do you think the best place for the leaderboard? I seems to me that the best way is to add an api endpoint in the app and use it from a question with the leaderboard on Meta (MSOru).
