Bio::Structure::Align:: #162

Analogous to Bio::Align:: data structures, but generic interface for structural 
alignments.
Might be better on GitHub, with Bioperl.

Need tools to generate these:
Bio::Tools::Run::STAMP
Bio::Tools::Run::FatCat (via RCSB call)
Note, the official website
 http://fatcat.burnham.org/fatcat-cgi/cgi/fatcat.pl?-func=search
only returns results via email, no API
But the RCSB offers some search ability:
http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/software/rest.do
