Crash: When samples dir contains a directory we need admin access to, program crashes upon sample replacing #31

When it searches through the sample dir, program will crash if it doesn't have permission to access a folder.

Now it doesn't crash but outputs to the console. Still need to make the output more informative and/or less spammy. Unless I decide not to.

Made it more informative. This is up to the user to choose a directory, they will have the choice to cancel #33
