Prevent spam submission by humans #29

I'm not sure this is a real use case worth worrying about, but currently someone can repeatedly submit the form cough Chris cough and potentially generate a large number of messages.

Would it be worth trying to limit the number of messages that can be sent within a specific period, perhaps?

The initial thought was to not have a captcha as they are annoying to have to fill out as a user. I think it could definitely be an enhancement worth implementing, even if it's optional.

I'll get Chris on the fix ASAP.
