Create / display functionality for user to un-register for Codefest #16

Create ability for user to un-register / cancel registration for the Codefest event. If this functionality already exists, make it more obvious / intuitive to the user.

Unregister exists. It is just no longer possible once registration has close (for the current code fest).

A few days ago (when I thought I wouldn't be able to attend the event but before registration closed), I visited the site in order to see if I could un-register, but it wasn't obvious to me how / where to do so. In talking with Chad F., a simple fix may be to simply move the "unregister" (and hence, "register") button from the right to the left side of the page.

Definitely could improve the UX.
