Reminder to users to use their likes #2

It would be neat to have a little warning or message to people to tell people that they should use their likes/thumbs ups.

This raises a bigger issue of considering implementing something like sidekiq, resque or delayed job to handle arbitary scheduled tasks such as event reminders, like reminders, etc. You could also add some attributes or settings to an event for event reminders.

Yep, I'm very interested in looking into moving mailing tasks into sidekiq.
