Virtual Power Meter #16

Hi Chad and thank you for your amazing software!

I didn't try to set up everything for use it with my trainer, but I'm using with the virtual power meter. I was wondering if there's an option to move on a specific point to skip a part of the gpx, something like using it as a video player.

Is it possible? do you think it could be?

Neat idea! I don't think it would be too hard to implement either. I'll keep this in mind the next time I'm adding features to GPedal.

That would be very handy for me. Using the TacX StreetView riding I "rode" from Seattle to northern Wyoming and London to Frankfurt, so the ability to resume partway through the ride is obviously important. :-)

One subtle thing -- when stopping at the end of the ride, could you show both distance covered this session and distance completed from start of the GPS trace? The latter number is what I presume I'd need to feed to gpedal on the next session. Easier to have it on screen than to do the math just after a finishing line sprint.
