Error while using treeNumberToName.pl not able to match the values in snp.phylip and phylip_name_conversion.txt #32

I ran the following perl script perl /apps/eb/Panseq/3.2.1-foss-2019b-Perl-5.30.0/lib/treeNumberToName.pl out/snp.phylip out/phylip_name_conversion.txt > out_tree Gives the following error Could not match 1 Could not match 2 Could not match 3 Could not match 4 Could not match 5 Could not match 6 Could not match 7 Could not match 8 Could not match 9 Could not match 10
