handle asahi tags for stable releases Save the sources as "linux-${TAG}.tar.gz" (i.e. linux-asahi-6.8.6-1.tar.gz) to share the tarball with the asahi-sourcesl ebuild

updated to asahi-kernel-6.8.6-3 / fedora config taken from 6.8.7-402.asahi which is has a x86 / llvm-18 build fix but is otherwise just an rebase on 6.8.7. Bump for asahi-sources will follow
