Some parts of talk delve too deep into specifics #8

If the goal of the talk is to introduce people to general concepts and provide a mental framework for understanding offline first & distributed web tech, then make sure that all slides exist only to support this goal. Some parts (the introduction to IPFS, for example) probably go too into the weeds.
