A better handling of different country codes #11

This update will allow the user to create a country.txt in their mythepisode 
data directory.  The graballshows.pl will read the country.txt to get all 
country codes.  This will make future upgrades easier to implement.  If the 
country.txt does not exist, it will default to the US.
