Mark an episode as recorded #24

Several have requested an option to mark an episode as recorded.  For example 
lets say I have watched a particular episode of a show and I want mythepisode 
to display it as previously recorded then I can mark it as being recorded and 
the db will be updated with the appropriate information.

This is complete and is currently in trunk.  It will be in release 1.0.10 or 
you can download trunk.
