add sort ability to subtitle and program id for recorded

On the episode page when viewing previously recorded tv, my page would always 
display the episodes in some random order. This update allows the user to click 
on subtitle or program id and have it sorted ascending or descending.  The 
screen will also remember these settings the next time you navigate to the 
page.  This is similar to how mythweb works.

The patch was created against trunk as of today (I believe r232)
