Menu to allow easier navigation of episodes module #41

I've knocked up a simple menu with "Shows", "Episodes", "Previous Recordings" 
and "TVWish" links.

Probably needs to be a bit neater, but its a start.

Alec,

I made a few changes.  I put the menu inside the existing table on the episodes 
page so that that the sizing of the thumbnail wouldn't mess things up.  Also, 
when selecting previous recordings or tvwish from your menu and then selecting 
episode it would go back to the last episode but would only display episodes 
not recorded.  I made a small change to fix that.  I also added the ajax popup. 
 Lastly, I had to modify it to not display tvwish if the no tvwish display 
option was set.

I think I broke something with the display in Internet Explorer.  Menu looks 
messed up.  If you get a chance take a look.  it's bed time for me.  All other 
browsers seem to work fine.
