Add ability to disable subtitle matching for individual shows #43

I have found that for certain shows there is no advantage to using the subtitle
for matching. This can cause a bunch of bogus matches. This usually occurs
with Reality shows and not with normal scripted series. For example I record
Hell's Kitchen and get a bunch of bogus matches because the subtitle has
entries like "Day 1" "Day 2" or "5 chefs compete" "6 chefs compete", etc. This
causes a bunch of false hits on episodes. I have added a checkbox on the
episode listing for each show that will allow you to disable subtitle matching
for that show. I'm not done as of yet and the setting is not persistent, but
it functions. I now get much better results for Hell's Kitchen. An original
airdate entry in the oldrecorded table would solve all of these issues.
