episode.php generates errors when grabid.pl fails to retrieve any episodes

Since I am listing Canadian and US shows, the data directory only contains 
shows for the US.  When I attempt to look at Canadian shows, it will run 
grabid.pl.  However, some shows do not have any episodes associated with them.  
For example "Are you smarter than a Canadian 5th Grader".  When grabid.pl, 
completes, no file is generated and the episode.php programs generate all kinds 
of errors.  This fix will create a blank file, so that it doesn't cause the PHP 
errors.
