Not letting me download metadata #111

Why isn't USGS letting me download the metadata for USGS coordinates as an .xml file. I am only able to save the file and it's the URL. Which is then not able to be put into Chad's Tool. Any fix for this? Screen Shot 2022-11-28 at 6 21 48 PM
