Tool will not import .course file #78

I am having an issue where the tool will not import the .course file. Does it have something to do with the file being from TGC collectors edition, rather than tgc2019? I didn't think that would cause an issue seeing how they both use the same .course extension.

The .course file has to be a TGC 2019 .course file
