"Modify Background" Setting Screen #24

What functionality is required?
1. There will be a file chooser to allow the user to choose from an included 
set of backgrounds.
2. Backgrounds to include for v2.0: Green Felt, Red Felt, Chainmail, Leather, 
Light Wood, Dark Wood, Metal, Brick, Concrete, Off-Black/Black Gradient.
3. Backgrounds go in their own folder, so that more can be added later.
4. The screen will show a 90 x 60 thumbnail of the background currently 
selected with the filename stripped of the extension (GreenFelt, RedFelt, 
Chainmail, Leather, LightWood, DarkWood, Metal, Brick, Concrete, 
DarkGradient...).
5. There will be an "Accept" and "Cancel" button.

Note all these textures will have to be cropped and/or resized. Recommend GIMP 
or Paint.net for quick, free graphic design.
