Sometimes can't summon units on certain siege maps (Zhufbar)

Mods installed -CBF -Infinite respec -auto resolve quest battles

THE ISSUE I ENCOUNTERED During Vlad's IE campaign, on Zhufbar siege (Karak Kadrin) map when trying to cast raise dead spell, I am unable to target the ground. The only way to cast is if I target an allied character or unit, similar to a buff spell. I can use this spell normally on other maps.

HOW TO REPRODUCE ok so i just found something weird, it works if you start the battle right away but if i position my units in the corner and then take Vlad and Isabella and move them to the other side of the map, the bug triggers. i just did it twice. ill screenshot my placement

also i am not sure if this factored in, but i conceded defeat and then selected rematch first.

STEPS TO REPLICATE (i have not tested to verify that all of these steps are necessary to trigger the bug. this will trigger it consistently. and this is how i play the map.) 1 start battle, do not click start deployment 2 place all units excepts vlad and isabella in the far south east corner of the map. 3 group vald and isabella 4 place vald and isablella on the north east gate 5 click start deployment and start battle 6 attempt to cast

EXPECTED RESULT spell should work by targeting any ground surface.

I tried to reproduce without success. Could you post a save file with the issue?

Ok, so I tried to load my test save and it now works. I don't what happened because I tried a new campaign 3 times and got the same result but when I loaded up the game today it is working just fine. Post #653 sounds like the same situation. I am just not sure why my save states are no longer bugged. all i have is the video and pictures I shared. sorry

looks like a random bug, I just tested issue #653 and it works absolutely fine both in vanilla and vanilla+cbfm.

I just got it to work again. i reloaded and positioned my units. I am trying to upload the save but it says the file type is not supported. how do i upload it?

omg what a convoluted way to get to it. But yes I can reproduce it on your save both in vanilla+cbfm and pure vanilla. Debugging this doesn't look fun at all :)

EDIT: reproduced it on a new save as well both in vanilla and vanilla+cbfm.
