The thing is that Casket of Souls is considered to be a "chariot" according to db/main_units_table/data__, and this mission is looking for units matching this caste (db/cdir_events_mission_option_junctions_tables/data__).
The easy fix would be to just change the caste to "warmachine" (same caste as Skull Catapult), but I'm afraid of all the potential side effects...
