Steam tanks wont stop spinning #1696

"I have an army with 6 steam tank volley guns and they are total unusable outside of charging into things. 90% of the time I am using them they are literally incapable of standing still. I put them in a line on gaurd mode and they use none of their ammo, I go to look at why and they all just keep changing the direction they are facing. I try moving them forward and the fire arc outline is facing the right way but the actual gun is off by about 90 degrees so it never actually fires. Please fix this, it is total garbage."

I have not experienced this using Steam tanks in my last campaign, but it sounds hilarious.
