Aid of the Beastmaster recruit rank not working for Monster Pen recruitment (Rakarth)

I'm not surprised this doesn't work since that recruit rank modifier only targets "traditional" recruitment, and this is typically intentional, but it's a question here since Rakarth has a skill, "Apex Predator" which provides the usual traditional rank modifier but also includes a hidden effect that targets mercenary pools (in his case, the Monster Pen).

If we want to fix this, we just need to add the effect wh2_twa03_effect_rakarth_merc_pool_recruit_ranks_hidden to the bundle attached to Aid of the Beastmaster.
