Sometimes Explosion Damage Doesn't Work #1909

If the explosion point is above the ground with the small detonation radius, or other ways, it will not deal any explosion damage.

Here’s the thing. I did lots of tests, and made AP damage of trollhammer, Gaze of Nagash and the Amber Spear 10000, and other damage 0. And, I made goblins 20000+8 hit points for each.
