Dwarven Bolt Throwers and Rune of Seeking / Penetration #1947

Dwarf Bolt Throwers don't properly benefit from Runes of Seeking or Penetration.

When a Rune of Penetration is applied to a Bolt Thrower it should have increased AP damage. When a Rune of Seeking is applied to a Bolt thrower it should have increased bonus vs large. Neither occurs.

Here is a screenshot comparing the two runes vs no rune:

These screenshots look like they are from the campaign map, and I'm not sure that rune effects are ever shown here. Is the same problem reproduce-able in a battle?

Nevermind; I was able to reproduce this.

However, upon further review, these values are all over the place for different artillery pieces. The extra Bonus v. Large for Seeking or AP damage for Penetration are not consistent, either in absolute terms or percentage terms. So while I do think some value should be added, it's hard to say how much.
