Orion confed event mentions having to defeat Beastmen to trigger it "Orion has heard of your exploits against the Beastmen" but it's actually take/sack X settlements
Nakai event mentions choosing between skink and saurus hero - but there is no choice, the saurus hero gets spawned every time. Edit: wh2_main_lzd_new_blood: everything in database (since WH2), is set up as a saurus spawn, my guess is they wanted to make it a skink saurus choice but then decided not to and forgot to change the text, hardly fixable
