Daemons of Chaos Switchable Plagues are causing Bowelsteep on enemy armies regardless of what plague is chosen #509

The Daemons of Chaos "Switchable Plagues" ability infects your armies with a plague that gives your units buffs, and can infect enemy armies to debuff them. Normally, you have your choice of four plagues, each with a different effect. However, currently, if you infect an enemy army, it seems that it's always with Bowelsteep, even if you've chosen a different plague.

To reproduce this bug, infect an enemy army while you have a plague other than Bowelsteep chosen. It's difficult to reproduce because infecting enemy armies is so inconsistent, and enemies will either attack you or avoid you.

This doesn't seem to be consistent and I don't know what's causing it.
