Bloody Handz building anomalies (Wurrzag's custom Major Settlement & Walls/Black Crag building chain) #857

Issue

The Bloody Handz now use standard Orc garrisons yet retain their own version of Major Settlements and Walls called Wurrzag's Camp/Ditches, etc. that were formerly used to give them Savage Orc garrisons in WH1-WH2.

The first tier of Wurrzag's Walls still grants a huge complement of Savage Orcs (6) and even a Giant making it seemingly stronger than then the tier 2-3 version which provide normal Greenskin garrisons (without regard to the tower projectiles). Not sure of CA intention.

Wurrzag's Camp major settlement overrides the Black Crag (Greenskin Camp) major settlement, resulting in a weaker 8-slot town instead of the 10-slot Black Crag. As a note you can use the weird manual conversion system in the building browser to change it to Black Crag.
