wasteful space below the code

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. visit http://aaron-mueller.de/blog/fsharp-tutorial2
2. scroll down the code
3. see a gray area

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no scrolling at all on this little code

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.1 Ubuntu Gutsy, Firefox 2

Please provide any additional information below.
The problem appears when I put the new commenting-feature in my site. The
blank space below the code is exactly the same size as my two relative
positioned div elements.
