no server icon appears on desktop #190

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.connection with latest version works fine
2.but no server icon appears... so no data transfer/review possible
3.

What is the expected output?
server icon on the desktop should show up after successful connection

What do you see instead?
no server icon to drag data, review data, etc.

What version of Tunnelblick are you using? On what version of OS X?
Tunnelblick 3.2beta28 (build 2714)
Mac OS X10.7 Core i7

Please provide any additional information below. Please include your
configuration file and the contents of the OpenVPN Log window (including
the first few lines with version information), but remember to remove any
sensitive information such as IP addresses.

You misunderstand what a VPN is supposed to do.

It does not connect you to a file server (as file sharing does). It creates a 
network connection to a remote network (or remote computer).

Just as connecting an Ethernet cable is not supposed to put an icon on your 
Desktop, connecting to a VPN does not put an icon on your Desktop.
