This is not a Tunnelblick "Issue", but:

If you want to __uninstall__ Tunnelblick, you should use the instructions at

     https://code.google.com/p/tunnelblick/wiki/cInstall#Uninstalling_Tunnelblick

You will need to "quit" Tunnelblick before doing any uninstalling. To do that,
find the Tunnelblick icon in the status bar at the top of the screen, click it,
then click "Quit Tunnelblick".

If you can't see a Tunnelblick icon in the status bar, or for some reason that
doesn't work, here is how to "force quit" Tunnelblick:

Launch /Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor
Select Tunnelblick in the list of "Process names"
Click the "Quit" button
Click "Force Quit"
Quit Activity Monitor

Also, for OS X 10.10, you should be using the latest version of Tunnelblick,
3.4.1. The 3.4 beta20(build 3727) you are trying to delete is not recommended.

You should be able to install 3.4.1 without uninstalling your current version,
if that is what you want. Just install 3.4.1, it will replace the old version
automatically.
