aspen captures unhandled python exceptions and thrashes
aspen.monitord captures dead aspens and thrashes them
I'm finding it the case that aspen.monitord can think an aspen is dead due
to the way aspen thrashes itself. Check pidfiler behavior during aspen
thrash, and its interaction with aspen.monitord.
