swap out Zope for CherryPy infrastructure #5

CherrPy's infrastructure looks a lot simpler than Zope's and possibly
faster (threads are pooled rather than created per-request). Also, Zope is
switching/has switched to Twisted.

Done. I'm starting as a new project in this repo. I'm going to try to keep it 
to one
module.
