What's a good OSS solution?

I've used Buttondown before. Kinda wanted to see what else is out there tbh.

My goal is to find something where I can template the blog posts into email and paste and go. MailerLite (current vendor) does not have code-level compose in the plan I'm on. Considering going back to Kraken. ;-)

I started using Buttondown on another blog and it's hard to argue with the Markdown copy/paste. 🤔

Currently leaning towards scrapping the mailing list. I'm not using it, I'm posting to Twitter and RSS and that seems to be working fine.

I'm back to thinking about this. I'd really like to find a workflow for sending regular (daily!?) updates via email, it does not feel like Mailerlite is the right platform for me (it's all "campaigns"). I am gravitating back towards Buttondown ...
