Add tags and images for social sharing #14

I got this mostly working but I'm not happy with how the text is formatting. Line breaks are particularly annoying and generate some gross looking images. Also, my avatar is showing up blurry. Need to investigate. Some work done in 0e41529.

actually i'm okay with how it looks for now, especially after dd252e7. gonna close this.
